SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the shipping carrier. Please note that carrier delays are outside of our control.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are subject to the carrier. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of both the product and the packaging so we can review the issue.
